- Pre-solicitation Notice Solicitation: AG-94TZ-S-09-0049 Posted: Jun 11, 2009 Classification Code: F – Thinning and Slash Treatment NAICS Code: 115310 –Support Activities for Forestry Contracting Office Address: Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, R-3 Western Zone (Tonto NF, Prescott NF, Coconino NF, Kaibab NF) 2324 E McDowell Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85006-2440, United States. PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION HEREIN, NO OTHER INFORMATION WILL BE AVAILABLE UNTIL THE SOLICITATION IS POSTED! Description: Region 3, Western Zone Contracting Office has a requirement for Pre-Commercial Thinning and Slash Treatment on the Payson Ranger District of the Tonto National Forest. The NAICS code for this requirement is 115310 and size standard of $17.5M. This procurement is RESERVED AS 8(a) COMPETITIVE. The government intends to award one contract as a result of this solicitation. This is a Performance Based Service Contract, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract anticipated to have one base period and four (4) One-Year option periods. The solicitation will be posted to the FBO on or about June 26, 2009. The estimated proposal due date is July 27, 2009. No response to this notice is necessary and all interested contractors should register on the Interested Vendors List on the FBO website. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) database prior to award of a government contract. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the CCR or ORCA database will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number. Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after closing date, with no obligation to the offeror by the government.
