- The Southern Arizona VA Health Care System, Tucson, AZ requires the procurement of a portable radiofrequency (RF) lesion generator, one (1) each. The equipment is to be used primarily for pain management of veterans diagnosed with facet disease and shall provide both thermal and pulsed RF.
