- The USDA Forest Service, National Forests in FL, has a requirement for janitorial services for the Wakulla Ranger District, Apalachicola National Forest, Crawfordville, Wakulla County, FL. This is a solicitation for commercial items in accordance with FAR Part 12. Contract will be for a base period plus four (4) option years beginning October 1, 2009. Contractor will furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supplies (except Government-furnished supplies), transportation and supervision to perform janitorial services in accordance with statement of work and quality performance standards. Award will be made based on BEST VALUE to the Government, price and other factors considered. Evaluation factors are Experience, Past Performance and Price. This Solicitation is 100% set aside for small business concerns.
