- RFQ for Emergency Escape Hood Cabinets. The Virginia Contracting Activity, intends to award a Purchase Order to procure 140 cabinets that will store 30 emergency escape hoods in each cabinet (the specifications of the cabinets are stated in the attached RFQ HHM402-09-Q-0142, page 18). This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Proposals for this acquisition are due no later than 12:00PM EST on 21 July 2009 via email at Christopher.nietubyc@dia.mil.
