- W911XK-09-T-0088 - Conversion of Microfilm Cartridges to CD's/DVD's for the Detroit District Regulatory Office, 447 Michigan Ave., Detroit, MI 48826 This a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. Solicitation W911XK-09-T-0088 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-23. The NAICS is 518210, and the acquisition is being solicited as Small Business (SB) Set-Aside. Line item and Specifications as well as the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) are included in the attached solicitation. The successful offeror MUST be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Program @ www.ccr.gov and https://ora.bpn.gov Offers are due no later than 02:00P.M., 17 July 2009, eastern/local time.
