- This is not a solicitation. The National Airspace Systems (NAS) Program Office, Electronic Systems Center (ESC), Hanscom Air Force Base, MA 01731, has a requirement for additional engineering support services, site activation and construction to complete the existing tasking under Contract F19628-96-D-0038. The Government intends to award a Contract modification with Raytheon Company, prime contractor on contract F19628-96-D-0038, on a sole source basis, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, as the only known responsible source for the required support and no other services will satisfy the agency requirements. This notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate approach, nor should this notice be construed as commitment.
