- The Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Wildlife Services (WS), anticipates soliciting for proposals for soil fumigation services to apply Telone II, to support potato cyst nematode eradication activities in Idaho. The solicitation and the specifications will be made available electronically at this website only. Paper copies of the RFP and/or amendments will not be issued. All changes to the pre-solicitation notice, solicitation and any attachments will be posted to this website: www.FedBizOpps.gov. NOTIFICATIONS WILL NOT BE SENT TO OFFEROR REGARDING THE ISSUANCE OF THE SOLICITATION NOR ANY OF ITS AMENDMENTS. IT IS THE OFFERORS RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THIS WEB SITE PERDIOCIALLY FOR UPDATES. The Request for Proposals (RFP) solicitation should be posted to this website on or about July 13, 2009.
