- The Bureau of Land Management, Arizona State Office, intends to solicit quotes for the installation of a tortoise fence in northwestern Arizona. The fence is intended to prevent the endangered Mojave Desert Tortoise from entering the highway. Interested Contractors may provide certification and representation information (available on-line at: https://orca.bpn.gov), and shall be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR-www.ccr.gov) and fedconnect.net prior to award. This requirement is a small business set-aside for: (describe services, etc.) with a dollar magnitude between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00 dollars. The small business determination is based on the NACIS Code: 238990 A firm, fixed price award is anticipated. Davis Bacon wage rates will apply to this any award issued from this solicitation.
