- Presoliciation Notice Letter INTERESTED FIRMS MUST BE REGISTERED TO PERFORM CONSTRUCTION WORK IN THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY AND MEET THE REQUISITES OF ITALIAN LAW 109 OF 11 FEB 1994 AND SUCCESSFUL SCREENING BY THE ITALIAN MINISTRY OF DEFENSE. THE PROJECT WORK IS SOA CATEGORY OG11 OR OS30 CLASSIFICATION III OF ITALIAN LAW 304 OF 15 MAY 1998. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: BETWEEN $500,000.00 AND $1,000,000.00. SCOPE OF PROJECT : TO REPAIR AIRFIELD LIGHTING SYSTEM, AREA F, AVIANO AB. The project is to design and construct a new Airfield Lighting Control System (ALCS) at Aviano Air Base, Italy. Work to be performed includes but is not limited to the following items: Removal existing ALCS and installed new ALCS; Provide two computerized remote control HMIs for the Air Traffic Control (ATC) room to operate and monitor the Airfield Ground System (AGL) equipment; Provide one computerized remote control HMI for the Maintenance Station to monitor the AGL equipment; Provide two computerized remote control HMIs for the Substation rooms to operate and monitor the AGL equipment; Provide PLC hardware and software for controlling and monitoring: Phase 1 existing multiwire CCR's and phase 2 new Jbus 3 Phase CCR's in both Substations; Provide multiwire auxiliaries in both Substations; Provide the necessary equipment for communication via mulit-mode fiber optic cable Commissioning and Start Up of the new System; Training on site for Maintenance people and ATC people. IL LAVORO RIENTRA NELLA CATEGORIA OG11 OPPURE OS30, CLASSIFICA III DEL DECRETO MINISTERIALE 304 DEL 15 MAGGIO 1998 E SUCCESSIVE MODIFICHE. ENTITA' DEL PROGETTO: TRA $500,000.00 E $1,000,000.00. SCOPO DEL PROGETTO: RIPARAZIONE SISTEMA LUCI PISTA, AREA F, AVIANO AB. Il progetto comprende la progettazione e la costruzione di un nuovo sistema di controllo luci (ALCS) per la Base Aerea di Aviano, Italia. Le opere comprendono ma non sono limitate ai seguenti articoli: Rimozione ALCS esistente ed installazione di un nuovo ALCS; Fornitura e posa in opera di due interfaccia uomo-macchina computerizzate nella Sala di Controllo Traffico Aereo (ATC) per operare e monitorare le apparecchiature luci pista (AGL); Fornitura e posa in opera di una interfaccia uomo-macchina computerizzate nell'Officina elettrica per monitorare le apparecchiature (AGL); Fornitura e posa in opera di due interfaccia uomo-macchina computerizzate nella cabine elettriche per operare e monitorare le apparecchiature luci pista (AGL); Fornitura e posa in opera di Hardware PLC e software per controllare e monitore: Fase 1 - I regolatori di corrente multicavo esistenti e fase 2 - i futuri regolatori di corrente a Jbus in entrambe le cabine; Fornitura e posa in opera di ausiliari per interfaccia milticavo; Fornitura e posa in opera delle apparecchiature necessarie per la comunicazione via fibra ottica multimodale; Messa in servizio ed avviamento del nuovo sistema; Training in sito per il personale della manutenzione e il personale della Torre di Controllo.
