- Description
- The Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD), on behalf of the Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) intends to make a non-competitive award to Congressional Quarterly, DUNS number 003247442 for a subscription to their online legislative/congressional news and information service known as CQ.com. The purpose of this announcement is to determine if there are any other business' capable of providing the same or similar services. Any interested business wishing to participate must respond to the attention of Alan Dotson-FMC-90131-09-0005 to psb2@bpd.treas.gov before the 12:00 pm et on July 16, 2009. Only timely responses consisting of word document with the following details will be considered: • Business Name and Address • Business DUNS number (if any) • Business size • Capabilities Statement/Company Description demonstrating ability to provide the following types of information: • Point-of-Contact (POC) • Name • Phone Number • Electronic Mail (Email) Address It is the responsibility of any interested offeror to call BPD to ensure electronic responses are received. BPD assumes no responsibility for the receipt of electronic mail. The responses to this notice will not restrict the government in its ultimate acquisition strategy. No other information regarding this requirement will be provided at this time. The period of performance for the award is September 30, 2009 - September 29, 2010, with 4 one year options immediately following.
