- Description
- Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD), Orlando, FL intends to issue a Time and Material (T&M), sole-source contract modification to Data Management Services Joint Venture, under contract N61339-07-D-0014, until the full scope of the requirement can be solicited competitively. This modification will provide training, including instructional, management, administrative and technical training services in support of Naval Education Training Command (NETC) training programs at their various centers. The modification will increase the ceiling of the contract by $10,240,174.00 from $35,428,611.00 to $45,668,785.00. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. Although more than one source may be able to fulfill the requirement, this would result in an unacceptable delay of work in fulfilling the agency’s requirements. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in a future competition.
