- Description
- Recovery - PMC ARRA Support. This modification action is issued under a competitively awarded IDIQ cost reimbursement contract. This task provides Project Management Center (PMC) support for implementation of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009. The scope of this work will be focused on supporting the implementation, execution, tracking, and reporting of ARRA related activities including but not limited to program and project management support, technical support, financial management, procurement implementation support, data management, documentation, compliance, and staff development and training. Management Independent Review & Project Evaluation Support. This task order provides an unbiased, objective assessment of a project's development and execution for the benefit of the Government. This includes all aspects of planning, conducting, and reporting the results of the Management Independent Reviews of extramural projects including tracking corrective actions and conducting follow-up reviews, providing trend analysis and lessons learned.
