- This is a special notice of intent to award sole source procurement in accordance with FAR Part 12.203 and FAR Part 13.5 with consideration given to FAR Part 5.202(a)(13) as supplemented to Cummins Power Generation Inc. to provide all labor, parts, tools, materials and transportation necessary to provide one (1) each Genset-Diesel 60Hz 100kW part number 100DSGAA and all standard features plus protective enclosure (F182-2), 60 Hz Alternator (B268-2), Genset control (H702-2), Exciter/regulator (B184-2), circuit breakers and box (KP81-2, KT97-2, KT30-2), coolant drain extension (E089-2), coolant heater (H036-2), battery charger (0300-5878-01), fuel tank trailer (Z661), Genset parts manual (0961-0215 issue 3) and Genset Service manual (0961-0517 issue 1). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 335312 and the size standard for this NAICS code is 1,000 employees. These items will be provided to F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming (ZIP code 82005). The proposed action is for supplies for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b). A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. This notice is for information only. It is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation for offers. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice.
