- Solicitation IQC09160009065 will contain one NSN 6320-01-144-3810 for a Switchboard Alarm; Application/ Weapon System: 32 Various Weapon Systems. The requirement will be solicited for award of a Stock/DLA Direct Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The award will be for a 1-year base and four 1-year option periods. Solicitation will be unrestricted, full and open competition after exclusion of sources procedures. The requirement is being procured IAW a drawing and is restricted to QPL Approved sources(s) of supply. Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ) and Maximum Annual Quantity (MAQ) are as follows: EAQ Base and each Option Year: 3 each; MAQ Base and each Option Year: 6 each. Delivery: FOB: Destination; Inspection /Acceptance: Destination, Delivery Schedule 143 days ARO. Surge coverage is not required for this NSN. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are available and will only be furnished to vendors on the Qualified Product List (QPL). The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation SPM4A6-09-R-0656 issue date is ESTIMATED at July 20, 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
