- The Request for Offers package for this project is attached. The RFO includes all necessary materials/information for the submission of a proposal. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Complete gutting and restoring of both Men's and Women's restrooms in the Administrative Wing, commonly called Men's Big Blue restroom & the Women's lounge, locker room and restroom. The scope includes removing the wall and ceiling surfaces down to the bare studs or joists and replacing with new, replacing the floor tile, replacing all fixtues including sinks, toilets, urinals, toilet partitions, shower stall, localized plumbing connectivitiy, lockers, cabinetry, electrical lighting & switches, exhaust fans & ductwork, toilet accessories, doors & hardware, and fire sprinkler heads. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: Between $150,000 - $300,000 CONTRACT DURATION: 187 calendar days NAICS: 238220 THIS PROJECT IS SET-ASIDE FOR COMPETITION EXCLUSIVELY AMONGST SEDB/8(A) CONTRACTORS AS CERTIFIED WITH THE SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION. SITE VISIT: A site visit will be offered on July 14th, at 1pm (MST) at the Longmont, CO - ARTCC Facility.
