- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Contracting Department Philadelphia Office intends to acquire one year Presagis USA Inc, maintenance/support for Terra Vista Suite of software tools on a sole source basis from Presagis USA, Inc. of Richardson TX. Presagis USA Inc. is the only source able to satisfy this requirement because they own the data rights to the source codes. Any firm interested in this requirement should submit a technical capability statement to FISCN, Philadelphia within two days of the announcement. Such information should be addressed to attention of code 270.2K. The government shall not pay for any information submitted. The applicable NAICS code is 811212.
