- Amendment 01 to current solicitation Solicitation No. 5A-09-A-0006 to provide air transportation and basic ground and terminal handling services in support of mail delivery to and from the Western Pacific Islands. A pre-proposal telecom will be held Wednesday, July 1, 2009 at 1:30 p.m. ET (reference page 15 of the solicitation package). All interested parties are encouraged to attend. Please submit all questions in writing to Bin-Giang Cheung at bingiang.cheung@usps.gov no later than Monday, June 29, 2009. **Following the pre-proposal telecom, this amendment 01 is provided for clarification and minor solicitation modifications, as per attached (as amended July 6, 2009).**
