- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR UNDER THE OREGON/WASHINGTON BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT (BLM), MULTI-DISCIPLINARY ARCHITECT SERVICES IDIQ CONTRACT. This is not a solicitation. The BLM Roseburg District Office has an American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) approved project for a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) System Retrofit. It is the intent of the Government to award a task order on the existing IDIQ contract for design services in support of the approved HVAC System Retrofit project. This five year contract was awarded using the competitive process in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 36.6 for Architect-Engineer Services. The awarded contract L06PC90066 was to Otak, Inc. The Task order will be firm fixed price. PROJECT INFORMATION: Work under this contract consists of developing a plan for the HVAC system retrofit, design and prepare construction drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
