- RECOVERY ACTION: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR UNDER THE RIVER CORRIDOR CLOSURE CONTRACT, DUNS: 16-728-0762 This is a Cost Plus Incentive Fee contract. This procurement was not awarded as a fixed-price contract because uncertainties involved in contract performance did not permit costs to be estimated with sufficient accuracy to use any type of fixed-price contract. (FAR 16.405-1) This contract modification provides American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funding to continue environmental clean-up of select portions of the Hanford Site located near Richland, Washington.
