- Description
- This acquisition is for the purchase of NSN 4710-00-278-3294, Tube, Metallic. This is a 1G item suitable for competitive acquisition, meaning the Government has unlimited rights to the technical data, and the data package is complete. FOB is Destination, with deliveries to be made to DLA stocking locations. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination. ISO 9002 applies. An Indefinite Quantity Contract with one base year and two additional option years is anticipated. Total three-year estimated quantity is 53,796 FT. Various incremental quantities will be solicited. Issue date of solicitation is an estimate and will be available for download in FedBizOpps on or about July 23, 2009 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. Solicitation is 100% set aside for small business concerns. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors described in the solicitation.
