- RECOVERY -- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTORS UNDER W9127N-08-D-0006. Portland District Corps of Engineers intends to issue a modification to task order 10 under Contract Number W9127N-08-D-0006 awarded to HDR. This modification will involve the contractor writing a Statement of Work for a design/build contractor for the Wyeth fishing treaty access site and the Stanley Rock dock repair.
