- ARRA Project - The Coast Guard intends to issue a Request for Proposal for Design and construction of a two-bay covered mooring for two 47' boats at STA Neah Bay, WA-. Covered mooring shall be within footprint of existing pier moorage and shall utilize existing floating dock and gangway. Covered mooring will require a new pile foundation. Covered mooring will not include office space or locker rooms. Contract duration is 540 calendar days. The Government Estimate range is $1 to $5 million. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. This procurement is restricted to small business concerns. The solicitation document will be available at www.fedbizopps.gov approximately 21 July 2009.
