- Lower Piedra Campground reconstruction. In general, this project consists of: 1) Supply, haul, spread and compact 6” of aggregate on reconditioned roadbed to all campground loops and spurs. 2) Removal and replacement of all existing site markers, fire rings, and bullards. 3) Demolition and removal of two exising vault toilets. 4) Supply and install signs. 5) Construction of two accessible use pads. 6) Placement of barrier rock. 7) Construction of restroom turnout. 8) Obliteration of two campground spurs. This project is being advertised under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, and as such, it is open to small and large businesses. The solicitation for this project will only be made available through the Federal Business Opportunities website - www.fbo.gov.
