- NSN 4235-01-417-1959, Sorbent Oil, IAW Breg Oil Sponge International Inc., CAGE 0TSE1, P/N 7301; Argonaut Inflatable Research, CAGE 1MDS4, P/N 941-00200; Sprilltech Environmental Inc., CAGE 1VNK5, P/N WP200S; and Bowhead Environmental & Safety, LLC, CAGE 4MS69, P/N 1011. Solicitation will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base and four option years. The estimated annual demand quantity is 6,552 EA. The guaranteed minimum is 1,638 EA and applies to the base year only. This solicitation is unrestricted. Shipment location is New Cumberland, PA. FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. The estimated solicitation issue date is July 17, 2009 and the estimated closing date is August 10, 2009.
