- Description
- Solicitation 8009-37 seeks contractor furnished fixed wing airplanes to be piloted by Government furnished pilots supporting DOI natural resource programs through point to point and reconnaissance type missions. This replaces some aircraft currently on Aircraft Rental Agreements (ARAs). Airplanes will be used on an On Call basis with no guarantee and will only be established with contractors in those areas where Government use is expected. This Blanket Purchase Agreement is limited to orders of $25,000 or less and may continue for up to five years unless terminated by either party sooner. The Contractor shall possess a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certificate issued under either 14 CFR Part 141, 135, 91, or 61. The anticipated issue date of the solicitation is July 2, 2009 and will remain open for establishment of new BPA's as Government needs arise. It is a requirement that the successful awardee be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). The solicitation is available by contacting Matt DeLong at 208-433-5029.
