- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THISOPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO GILBANE BUILDING COMPANY, UNDER CONTRACT NNJ08JC50C FORFACILITIES PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND ENGINEERING SUPPORT SERVICES (FPMESS) AT THE NASAJOHNSON SPACE CENTER (JSC).JSC issued task orders under this existing contract to procure FPMESS/Design andPost-Design Inspection in support of the placement and administration of Cross AgencySupport (CAS) construction contracts authorized under the American Recovery andReinvestment Act of 2009. FPMESS provides design and post-design support such asoversight, inspection, and field support services for construction projects; constructionmanagement services; pre-project planning services; total building commissioningservices; Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited professionalservices; and office engineering/special engineering services.The FPMESS contract award was made on a competitive basis.Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.This announcement will not result in a Request for Proposal; this announcement is forinformational purposes only. All questions and/or concerns must be submitted in writingto points of contact contained herein.An Ombudsman has been appointed. See NASA Specific Note "B".
