- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Firm fixed pricing is requested. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-33 effective 15 June 2009. This posting is to inform potential providers that Dover Air Force Base, Delaware has a requirement for the following: 1.) 1 Each Outdoor LED Display. Sign cabinet to be approximately 2'9"H x 5'9"W x 8"D. Software must be compatible with WinXP/Win Vista. Must have external temperature sensor program. Must have at least a 5 year warranty or maintenance plan. The details of contract: ONLY SMALL BUSINESSES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. The North American Industry Classification system code is 238990. The small business size standard is $14,000,000.00. The provision in FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, is applicable to this solicitation. As of 1 January 2005, offerors are required to complete online representations and certifications at http://orca.bpn.gov which are identical to what is required in FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items.
