- Description: COLLAR-SWIVEL STRUT ONTIC ENGINEERING & MANUFACTURING P/N 2578175 THIS IS A CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM WITH CONFIGURATION CONTROL FIRST ARTICLE/PREPRODUCTION APPROVAL REQUIRED, GOVERNMENT TESTING. SAMPLE QUANTITY SHALL CONSIST OF TWO (2) COMPLETE UNITS. This solicitation replaces solicitation SPM4A5-08-R-0440 and amendments 0001 and 0002. This is for a firm fixed price contract. Required quantity is 68 each. FOB Origin with inspection and acceptance at origin. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, on the basis of other than full and open competition procedures. The NSN is 1620-00-004-9859, PR’s 0017196065 and 0022706047. Delivery requirement is 565 days – first article 120 days, Government testing and evaluation 120 days, delivery of stock 325 days. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are NOT available at DSCR. This solicitation is subject to the World Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. ORCA ELECTRONIC ANNUAL FAR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS SHALL BE COMPLETED AT http://orca.bpn.gov, FAR Provision 52.204-8 is included in the solicitation. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
