- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER Multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (MBPA), W91248-08-A-0056: K Hayes Limited (859) 333-8887; W91248-08-A-0055: Hollon Contracting, LLC (334)-671-1911; W91248-08-A-0054: Lakeshore Group, Inc: (313) 887-5773; W91248-08-A-0020: SRS, Inc: (615)230-2966; W91248-08-A-0021: Lexington Contracting, LLC (859)281-6881; and W91248-08-A-0022: Coleman Construction (931)906-9844. The Directorate of Contracting intends to competitively award a firm-fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Call utilizing Recovery Act of 2009 funding under MBPA. Please note that only the contractors who have been awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement from Fort Campbell, Kentucky, Contracting Office are eligible to prepare and submit a proposal for this solicitation. The anticipated scope of work may include, but is not limited to all labor, supervision, materials and equipment necessary to accomplish the renovation which includes demolition work to remove existing partition walls; remove existing service desk; remove all existing ceiling tile and ceiling grid; clean and sand walls; remove existing florescent light fixtures in work area; salvage existing light fixtures; remove existing drywall and insulation from west wall in work area; and remove existing carpet and rubber wall base in work area. Other work includes construct new 4 inch wood stud and gyp board walls; paint all walls and new offices in work area; install new R-14 rigid insulation in new wall construction and in west wall in work area; construct new service desk; install new office door with glass door to match existing; install new vinyl composition tile and new 4 inch rubber wall base in new constructed offices; in work area, install 32 inch wall-mounted flat panel television; install new electronic message board; install new architectural dental molding; install new computer workstation; install new wall and base cabinets; install new electrical, telephone and data outlet boxes in new constructed offices; install new light switch in new constructed offices; install new 2 ft x 2 ft acoustic ceiling tiles in new constructed offices; install new 2 ft x 4 ft acoustic ceiling tiles in open work area; reinstall existing florescent light fixtures; install new three (3) 40 watt bulb florescent light fixtures; fabricate new aluminum drip edge to be placed over existing parapet on west exterior wall; apply new sealant under new fabricated drip edge; and existing metal enclosure on west wall exterior.
