- N7510090110 - This is a pre-solicitation notice for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision to rehabilitate sewage lift stations 1 and 3 and abandon sewage lift station 1at Chickasaw National Recreation Area in Sulphur, Oklahoma. The work of this project consists of the base bid which includes complete demolition of lift station 4, rehabilitation of lift station 3, which includes rehabilitation of the wet well and installation of one pre-engineered sewage lift station, construction of new sewer force main, installation of one underground concrete storage tank and demolition of sewer manholes. The work also includes demolition of existing electrical lines and panels and installation of new electrical lines and panels. The project is located within Chickasaw National Recreation Area, at lift stations in the Buckhorn Area. The National Park Service anticipates entering into a firm fixed-price contract with a performance period of 90 days following Notice to Proceed. This acquisiton is subject to P.L. 100-656, Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program, and as such is open to all concerns regardless of size. The NAICS code for this project is 237110 with a small business size standard of $31 million. In accordance with FAR Section 36.204, the estimated price range for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000.
