- Description
- NOTICE OF CONTRACT ACTION-The Air Armament Center Enterprise Acquisition Specialized Flight located at 205 West D Avenue, Suite 468, Eglin Air Force Base, FL, 32542 intends to award a sole source contract to Sierra Nevada Corporation (CAGE 8X691) located at 444 Salomon Circle, Sparks, NV 89434-9651. This contract will modify one aircraft for permanent installation of weapons with the option to modify a total of twelve aircraft. This contract will be awarded under the authority of FAR 6.302-2. The National American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this action is 541712, with a size standard of 500 employees. This notice is for information purposes only and is NOT a request for quotation. No solicitation document is available. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government.
