- This requirement is in support of the NAVSEA Division Keyport. The solicitation number for this requirement issued as a request for quotation is N00253-09-T-0163. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 334111 and has standard size of 1000 employees. The item will be procured under FAR Part 12 Simplified Commercial Acquisition Procedures. The attached Solicitation is for (3) each of CP306-E2 including CP306-EXT-IOIDE-E2, 3U 4HP CPCI Pentium M System. It is NAVSEA Division Keyport intent to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one source will satisfy agency requirements [10 USC 2304(c)(1)]. A firm fixed priced purchase order will be issued to Kontron America, Inc 750 Holiday Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15220-2783. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. The Government will consider all responses received prior to the closing date of this synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
