- Description
- US Fish and Wildlife Service located in San Luis National Wildlife Refuge, Los Banos CA. will issue a requirement for barbed wire and smooth wire fence. Location: Southern boundary of the San Joaquin River National Wildlife Refuge Solicitation date release will be approximately 17 July 2009. Please do not call for information prior to the posting of the solicitation. Amount of Fencing: 6570 feet at three sights, A 1500 ft / B 2780 ft / C 2290 ft Project Magnitude is between $25,000 - $100,000 Prevailing wage will be paid on this contract per Department of Labor. Interested Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration CCR and complete online representation and certification ORCA at http://www.bpa.gov. Selection Process: Equal weight will be given to references & price. Only contractors with prior experience in fencing will be selected. Set Aside: This is a Service Disabled Veteran Set Aside Contract, vendors must be certified in CCR. Work will start approximately 15 September 2009. Allotted Time: All work must be complete by 6 November 2009. Note: The Associated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 238990 and Product Service Code (PSC) 5660 and business size standard is $14million
