- This award is a follow-on Delivery Order following a Competitive Initial Order for Commercial Services.The Task Order is for Re-Commissioning/Retro-Commissioning of four (4)GSA Region 1 buildings under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The 4 buildings are: Gignoux Federal Courthouse, Portland, ME; J.C. Cleveland FB, Concord, NH; W.B. Rudman Federal Courthouse, Concord, NH; and, Burlington FB, Burlington, VT. The task order requires the Contractor to provide engineering and commissioning expertise to conduct re-commissioning/retro-commissioning planning; identify energy conservation, water conservation and renewable energy projects; evaluate lighting systems; scoping; testing; investigation; evaluation; analysis; calculations; recommendations; and report writing services for the subject GSA buildings.
