Description
The Oregon Army National Guard has a requirement for Paint. The solicitation is W912JV-09-T-2011 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Request for Quotes are due by 14 July 2009, 1:00 p.m. Oregon Local Time. The RFQ will result in a Requirements contract. To request a copy of the RFQ send an email request to nicollette.kennemer@ng.army.mil 1.0 Scope of Work 1.1 Provide the required paint for the Oregon Army National Guard. 1.2 Provide delivery within 30 days of the signed order. a. CARC Paint (1.5 VOC) in the colors of tan, black, green and brown 1.3 Function of item a.Top coat to power generator and like items 1.4 Performance levels / specifications a.Flash time must be 45 minutes (with bake cycle) of application b.Top coat must be applies 5 mils per coat without abnormal finish (runs, wrinkles or water falls) c.Must meet DOD characteristics and specifications d.Must meet ANSI standard Z400.1. Items must be packaged and identified properly to conform to all federal and state regulations 2.0Materials and Requirements Ranging from a Spray Paint Can to 1 Gallon Buckets Black: 08610KUZ-LVOC-1 Brown 383: 08606TUZ-LVOC-1 Green 383:08605GUZ-LVOC-1 TAN 686A:08609TUZ-LVOC-1 Type 1 Solvent-Thinner MAK (MethyAmyKeytone) The Offerors must be registered on the Central Contractors Registration database (CCR). Information concerning CCR requirements may be viewed via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or by calling the CCR Registration Centers at 1-888-227-2423. Only contractors who are registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) can be awarded a contract. Offerors must have electronic funds transfer (EFT) capability. Offerors proposals shall be valid for a minimum of 30 days to be acknowledged in the offerors proposal.
