- This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because there is only one responsible source and no other supplies or service will satisfy agency requirements (FAR 6.302-1). See posted J&A for further information. This is a notice of intent of award for H60 Seat Cushions prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. A written solicitation will not be issued. This is a sole source requirement to Coastal Aircraft Parts, 2999 NW 115th Terrace, Sunrise, FL 33323-1607. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 336413 and the small business size is 1,000. The contractor will deliver: 20 each H60 Pilot/Copilot Custom Cushion Set with Fabric & wool 20 each H60 Observer Cushion Set with fabric to AASF#1 365 Shop St, Jackson, MS 39209. This notice is posted as a notification of the government's intention to award a sole source purchase order.
