Description
Statement of Work, Additional Instructions for Section L and Section M SF33 and Sections B - L DIA has a requirement to perform office renovations in accordance with DCID 6/9 standards at the US Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand. The successful contractor will be required to furnish all material, equipment and personnel necessary to accomplish the requirements in the Statement of Work. The period of performance for this effort is one year or less. OCONUS travel is required and will be in accordance with the Joint Travel Regulations. All questions, comments and requests for information must be submitted via e-mail to susan.mumford@dia.mil and michelle.crecca@dia.mil on or before noon on 15 July 2009. Security and Past and Present Performance proposals are due no later than noon on 21 July 2009. Technical and Price Proposals are due no later than noon on 3 August 2009. Those vendors interested in this acquisition must have an existing, valid SECRET facility clearance and must have the capacity to receive and store documentation up to and including the SECRET level. Interested vendors are reminded that they must also have cleared employee personnel who possess current TOP SECRET clearances at the start of the contract. Foreign nationals will not be authorized to work either directly or indirectly on this effort in any capacity, inclusive of supervisory-management roles; nor have access to any classified documentation under this effort. Interested vendors shall certify that they have the required Facility Clearance and capacity to store documents up to the SECRET level. Vendors shall provide their CAGE Code by e-mail to susan.mumford@dia.mil and michelle.crecca@dia.mil for verification of security credentials. Interested vendors authorized to receive a copy of the full solicitation may obtain the documentation through direct handcarry or provide a classified e-mail address for receipt of documents at the SECRET level. For handcarry, an appropriately cleared vendor employee may pick up the documentation in an approved pouch at 3100 Clarendon Boulevard, Arlington, VA 22033 through coordination with either Karen Mumford or Michelle Crecca.
