- The attached Notice of Contract Action (NOCA) outlines a requirement to both extend the period of performance and ordering period of the current DCGS contract as well as adding to the overall ceiling funding limit of the contract. This NOCA describes an intent by the government sole source this addition of the period of performance and contract ceiling to the incumbent contractor. It details why it is necessary to go with the current contractor while also illustrating the pitfalls of competing this action and starting the extension period with a new contractor.
