- Description
- The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza South, Bldg 804, Maxwell AFB, AL 36112 will issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a base period and four one-year options. The Air Force Legal Operations Agency, Directorate of Legal Information Services, (AFLOA/JAS) requires a single contract to provide computer assisted legal research (CALR) subscriptions in support of the U.S. Army and Air Force Judge Advocate General's (JAG) Corps and the Marine JAG Division. The CALR requirement provides thousands of databases containing federal and state laws, regulations and cases; international law and agreements; military law and cases; legal citators; secondary sources such as treatises, legal encyclopedias, law reviews, and commentaries; current and archived major newspapers, journals, magazines, and wire services; public records and filings; and numerous other categories of information. This will be a Firm-Fixed price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 519130 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The solicitation will be available on the FedBizOpps (FBO) website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov, on or about 13 Jul 09. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. IMPORTANT NOTES: It is the responsibility of each offeror to ensure that NAICS 519130 is added to your Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. All prospective Offerors interested in submitting a proposal must have a Commercial and Government Entity code (CAGE). All offerors responding to the solicitation must be registered with the CCR, which can be accomplished via the web @ http://www.ccr.gov., Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) database @ http://www.wawf.eb.mil, AND Online Representation and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://www.bpn.gov. Offerors not registered in the CCR are ineligible for award.
