- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Portland, Oregon has a requirement to furnish all labor, equipment, materials and supplies to rehabilitate ditch at Unit #8 at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge near Burns, Oregon.This acquisition is set-aside for small business. This is a "best value" procurement with award based on past performance and experience are greater than price.Period of performance: Commencement upon Notice to Proceed with completion expected by December 31, 2009. A site visit is recommended Technical point of contact is Danny Morris at (541) 493-2612. Project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. Fund availability clause 52.232-18. Solicitation No.101818Q497 to include all attachments will be made available by July 14, 2009 (approximately) and will only be available electronically thru a link to the National Business Center Interior Electronic Acquistion System - Electronic Commerce at http://www.fedbizopps.gov or http://www.nbc.gov.
