- RECOVERY--Full and Open Competition to provide all plant, labor, equipment, and materials and performing all work required to excavate and dispose of the excavated material. Excavated materials include all natural alluvial sediment and rock in the river channel, as specified by the Government above a stated elevation. River traffic should be maintained during the removal and disposal of river materials. The solicitation should be available on or about 17 July 2009.
