- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using simplified acquisition procedures. FAR 13.105, as supplemented. The Federal Energy Regulatory commission intends to procure Microfocus Net Express COBOL for Windows for 2 Named Users (Perpetual) with Update Rights and Product Technical Support for One Year and two (2) years options. The Request For Quote (RFQ) Number is FERC09C91456. The required delivery is 1 weeks after receipt of order. This solicitation is a set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 511210 with a small business size standard of 25 Mil. The Government intend to award a firm fixed price award. Shipping shall be free on board (FOB) destination. Supplies shall be delivered to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE Washington, DC 20426 Interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) as prescribed in FAR Clause 52.232-33. CCR can be obtained by accessing the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov/ or by calling 1-888-227-2423. The selected Offeror must comply with the following commercial item terms and conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, paragraph (a) and the following clauses.
