- This is a presolicitation announcement for The Department of Veterans Affairs, John D. Dingell Medical Center, 4646 John R. Street, Detroit, Michigan 48201. An Invitation for Bid will be issued on or about July 16, 2009 for the Renovation of B3S (patient care area) for Eye Clinic and Low Vision Clinic.
