- The USFWS, Kern National Wildlife Refuge Complex, 10811 Corcoran Rd, Delano, CA 93215, has a requirement for reapplication of gravel to maintain accessibility of roads and levees. Drivers will spread rock via bottom bell dump truck beginning 8/10/09. Details can be found in the Scope of Work of the solicitation. Selection process is "best value" based on Past Performance and Price.
