FAX TO 785 274-1642 OR E-MAIL TO linda.j.criss@us.army.mil THIS PROJECT CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING WORK: (1) The Interior finishes include new flooring, painting, furniture, kitchen equipment, toilet room renovatrions, signage, and refrigeration and dry storage in the addition. (2) Mechanical systems include New HVAC including, new Geothermal ground units, New Electrical systems, New lighting. Voice and data, plumbing in kitchen. (3) Site work includes rigid paving, canopies, landscaping, rigid paving. Utility relocations, new HVAC ground mounted equipment. (Drawings & Specifications are a part of this project, and are a part of the Contract Docments). Obtaining Drawings, Specifications and Bidding Documents: Bidders shall obtain frm website www.fbo.gov
