Include the Questions and Answers (Q&A). 2). Performance Work Statement (PWS) section 1.3 Scope of Work first paragraph has been revised. Page 4 Section 2.17 Clean Government Owned Refrigerator and Microwave has been revised. 4). Attachment G has been revised to incorporate (C) E-Verify as an additional evaluation criteria, authorize submission of electronic submission, change number of required copies, and add the site visit clause.
