- RECOVERY: This is a pre-solicitation notice for a contractor to provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to stabilize a slope, relocate an asphalt pile, and demolish an abandoned lift station, all located at Flagg Ranch, John D. Rockefeller Memorial Parkway, Wyoming. The project performance period will be 45 days after issuance of a Notice to Proceed. The National Park Service, Grand Teton National Park, WY intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to a Historically Underutilized Business Zone Small Business, NAICS Code 238910, Small Business Size Determination of $14M. Proposed solicitation Issue Date: Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued on or about July 17, 2009. The solicitation with specifications, drawings, and wage rates will be posted to the websites http://www.fedbizopps.gov and http://ideasec.nbc.gov. No hard copies of the solicitation package will be mailed or issued. To receive the solicitation package you must download it from http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Project Title: Stabilize Slope at Flagg Ranch in the John D. Rockefeller Memorial Parkway, WY. Procurement Type: A negotiated firm-fixed price contract with submission of both a technical and a price proposal is anticipated. The government will consider an offeror's technical capability in comparison to its price. Estimated price range: Between $25,000 and 100,000. Project performance period: Start no later than September 14, 2009. All work shall be completed by October 31, 2009.
