- RECOVERY THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITYIS AVAILABLE ONLY TO ANADARKO INDUSTRIES, LLC UNDER TIME AND MATERIAL NNJ09JA01C TOPROVIDE SAFETY AND FIRE PROTECTION SERVICES TO SUPPORT NATIONAL AERONAUTICS AND SPACEADMINISTRATIONS (NASA) JOHNSON SPACE CENTER (JSC) IN ACCOMPLISHING ITS INSTUTIONALSAFETY PROGRAM OBJECTIVES AUTHORIZED UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF2009.JSC issued a Task Order against the already existing Time and Material contract toprovide construction safety support for roofing and other general construction. Theseconstruction support services are necessary to accomplish roof and loggia ledge repairson multiple facilities at the JSC that are part of the Cross Agency Support (CAS)Institutional Investment program funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act(ARRA) of 2009.Currently Anadarko Industries, LLC provides JSC with a ready source to procure servicesthat includes consultation, audits, surveys, inspection, training, management reviews,engineering analysis, and other safety related documentation to ensure that management isfulfilling its safety responsibilities, and maintaining JSCs fire protection systems. Anadarko Industries, LLC will verify that all construction operations meet all of thefederal, state, local, NASA, and JSC requirements throughout the construction phase andperform pre-construction activities that include preparatory inspections, riskassessments of project tasks and reviews of project-specific safety and health plans anddrawings. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.This announcement will not result in a Request for Proposal; this announcement is forinformational purposes only.
