- Artificial shade materials include biodegradeable vented tubing, zip ties, and stakes. The vented tubing shall be 12 inches long with a diameter of 3.5-4.25 inches and shall have 2 zip ties to secure the tubing to the stake. Stakes shall be 18 inches long. Please address deliver costs in the Schedule of Supplies and Services. Must be delivered no later than August 6, 2009. Deliver point is 23.5 miles of pavement South of US Hwy 84 to County Road 391, then travel SW on CR 391 3.8 miles ( a 2 lane gravel road) to an orange stock gate on the North side of CR 391 )Directly across from the BLM access road on the S side of CR391) A semi can turn around to get back out. By submissionof a quote the quoter acknowledges teh requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the CCR database prior to award, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation.
