- RECOVERY - Construction Services. THIS NOTICE IS FORM INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This opportunity is available only to contractors awarded contracts under Solicitation No. RABQ2090007 (Contract Numbers: CABQ7090002-Arviso/Okland, JV; CABQ7090003-Flintco, Inc.; CABQ7090004-Kraus-Anderson Construction Company; and CABQ7090006-LAM/Rockford Construction, LLC) The selected construction firm will provide the services requiired for various projects at the San Simon School. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal utilizing the Lowest-Priced, Technically-Acceptable methodology as defined in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 15. A firm-fixed price Task Order will be issued as a result of the solicitation.
